Introduction
The development of the Walnut sand carbon removal machine is used
for removing the carbon deposit of the engine intake valve and
intake system. This device can apply to various brand types of
engines, such as Bench, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Bentley, Porsche,
Volkswagen, etc. The advantage of this machine uses Walnut sand
particles because it's natural organic environmental protection and
no damage to the engine body. Needn't any chemical cleaning agent
in the process of cleaning the intake valve and intake pipe. The
Walnut sand particles will be sucked when the clean finished, and
will not any remains.

Why need clean carbon deposition?
Carbon deposition will decrease air-fuel ratio, cut down engine
output power, increase fuel consumption, engine drastic shake on
the idle status...
all the things will hurt the engine deeply.
So normally we should clean carbon deposition after every
40000-50000 kilometer trip
Parts installation method
1.Returning host disassembly
Open the lock switch on both sides of the fuselage, and move the
handrail upwards to remove the main part of the returning machine.
2. Disassembly and assembly of the filter
Turn the main unit over and you can see the dust filter. There is a
locking cover in the center of the filter. The filter can be
removed from the top plate.
3. Installation of the return pipe
Insert the hose assembly into the carbon removal recovery port, and
confirm that the installation is completed after plugging.
4. Cleaning joint installation
Clean the joint and connect one end of the hose assembly. After
inserting, confirm that the seal is in place and the installation
is complete.
